You’re college days may be well behind you, but we all have some memory to be had of eating endless packages of Ramen noodles late into the evening while reading Kierkegaard and Proust, trying to figure out what in the world these guys were all talking about. Well, yes, you’ve probably heard and or seen it in some glossy foodie type mag, the lowly Ramen noodle is in fact just a starting point for going further – the noodles are the base and that’s just about it. Want to go all the way? Get some really good stock (anything from Whole foods will probably do even though we’re all sick of the store by now…), shredded veggies, bok choy, the possibilities are endless and fun!!!
